The Chief Performance Officer (CPO) is responsible for ensuring that all personnel practices are in accordance with the HopeHealth, Inc. equal employment policy, including the hiring process, assignments, transfers, promotions, demotions, discipline, termination, compensation, fringe benefits, and training opportunities. Complaints of discrimination may be made, in confidence, through the grievance procedure or directly to the CPO. Such grievances will be dealt with as swiftly and as practical as possible.
